Third-party providers
Where we coordinate independent service providers, they remain responsible for their own work. We arrange, follow up, and report on agreed tasks.
Client responsibilities
- Provide accurate information and timely approvals.
- Settle agreed fees and third-party costs as arranged.
Property oversight
Visual checks are observational and are not structural surveys, professional inspections, or security services.
